As the founder of The Six Step Method, I myself and over the course of the last year and a half have lost 92 pounds all naturally. After having the honor of partnering with 1000’s of women, From all age ranges and dieting backgrounds, I have helped women regain, and healthy relationship with food.

The Six Step Method is  personally customized for each individuals lifestyle! We don't count calories, we are mindful of carbs, we eat what we want for lunch every day and we enjoy all fruit! We have a website with over 3k, likeminded women for support and sistership! 

One of the tools we use is meal guide, available to purchase below, as a tool to aide you in regaining a healthy relationship with your body and the food you put in it. You are also welcome to schedule a one on one with Coach Mel directly! 

At the end of the day, we are a group of women who support other women. We straighten each other’s crowns. We do not exploit women by trying to sell multiple marketing products. We are a bring your own supplement community. It is time to take your life back… And I promise these six steps are the last steps you will ever have to take!
