This home boasts 3 stories, a full basement, an open concept Kitchen, and a gym allowing ample space to entertain, enjoy a fun game night, or cozy up with family and watch a good movie on the projector screen.


Lakeland Cove is a stunning lake view home of Lake Norman that you do not want to miss. This 5600 square foot luxury vacation home is family friendly. The home sleeps 18 comfortably and boasts 4 bedrooms with massive space and customs closets, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked chefs kitchen, 3 separate dining areas, a massive basement , and water amenities such as kayaks to make a vacation to remember.
There are 3 dining areas and bar stool seating that will hold all your friends and family! 

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor each with its own full bathroom and one bedroom on the third floor that is the perfect space for kids or a slumber sleep over. Of note, the master bedroom is an oasis, perfect for an anniversary or romantic getaway as its French doors leads to an open patio deck with breathtaking views. There are no bedrooms on the main floor.

The basement has a pool table, fooseball table, poker table, projector screen, a bar with a bartesian, and a full bathroom. This home is perfect for kids! The gym has a Peloton, weight bench, kettle bells, yoga mats, exercise bands, and jump ropes.

The home is the perfect blend of comfort and luxury and has 7 TVs and a projector that are ready for streaming.

The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining. The patio has a seating area with outdoor TV and Hot Tub, that will leave you never wanting to return home. There is a fire pit for roasting s'mores and a deck with a large umbrella to keep you cool while enjoying the lake view. There is also a BBQ grill for you to show off your grilling skills.


There is a golf cart available for a short ride to the community dock.

Kayaks and life jackets are also available for use.
