Over the course of six weeks, we’ll dive into practical steps that lead to lasting results. Each week, we’ll focus on a new, essential principle from the Six Step Method, building on each previous lesson to ensure your growth and success.

Camp Breakdown:

  • Week 1: Step Three – The Power of Protein
    Learn why protein is a crucial building block for your body’s health. In this week’s class, we’ll focus on how to properly incorporate protein into your daily routine to build lean muscle, increase energy, and feel full longer. Wyatt, so important to use a F meal.

  • Week 2: Movement Matters
    Whether it’s cardio, strength training, or yoga, movement is essential to your transformation. This week, we’ll discuss different types of physical activity, how to move for your body type, and create a routine that works for you.

  • Week 3: Step Two – The Power of Fasting
    Explore the importance of giving your body time to rest and reset. In this class, we’ll break down the benefits of intermittent fasting and how a fasting period can rejuvenate your metabolism, improve focus, and reduce inflammation. How we should break our fast? How we should start our fast?

  • Week 4: Step One – Screw the Scale
    It’s time to ditch the scale and stop measuring your worth based on a number. This week’s lesson will help you redefine your self-worth and learn to celebrate progress beyond the scale, focusing on holistic health and well-being.

  • Week 5: How to Stop Self-Sabotage and Backsliding
    We all experience moments of doubt and temptation, but they don’t have to derail your progress. This week will be dedicated to understanding how to overcome self-sabotage and avoid backsliding into old habits. Learn practical tools to stay motivated and consistent.

  • Week 6: Water Intake and Supplements
    Hydration is key to optimal health, and the right supplements can enhance your progress. This final week will focus on how to meet your hydration needs and which supplements might support your journey. We’ll also discuss ways to listen to your body’s needs and optimize your nutrition.

Class Structure:
Each class lasts 1.5 hours and is broken down as follows:

  • 30 minutes of instruction: Dive deep into the week’s focus, presented by Coach Mel.

  • 30 minutes of sharing & breakout rooms: Connect with fellow participants, share experiences, and work through challenges in small groups.

  • 30 minutes of fellowship: Engage in an open conversation where you can build camaraderie, ask questions, and receive ongoing support.

Camp Details:

  • Start Date: Monday, June 1st, 2025

  • End Date: Monday, July 12th, 2025

  • Time: 8:30 PM every Monday night

  • Location: Zoom (virtual, from anywhere!)

  • Cost: $129 for the entire 6-week camp
